My Approach

Grief is a whole mind-body-heart experience that affects every aspect of your being. You may feel that your heart is broken or that you can’t go on.

You can find hope and renew your life after loss. I work with those going through some of life’s most difficult transitions. There are many ways for your story to be told and it’s healing when your grief is heard.

Though your loss has changed you, there are steps you can take to find peace for your life as it is now.

🌟 My focus is on working with the whole you - hearing your story and allowing your grief to be safely felt and expressed, discovering what makes you who you are and guiding you to embody self-compassion, health and wellness in your life after loss.

🌟 You'll learn how to promote calm in mind, body and heart. This is especially important when faced with the challenges that loss and related trauma bring.

🌟 One of my goals is to empower you to recognize and respond to your own needs as they arise. With a focus on post-loss growth, you will learn strategies that focus on resilience for renewing your life.
